Subscription Terms & Conditions
The minimum term for an embroidery subscription is 4 successful payments.
Your subscription can be paused at any time for a maximum of 2 kit cycles (the equivalent of 6 months). After that, your subscription will be automatically cancelled. In the event you have not fulfilled the minimum subscription length of 4 kits, you will be taken off of pause. A payment must go through after this before you can pause again.
Subscription payments are taken on the same date every 3 months.

If you purchase anything else alongside your subscription kit (whether on subscription or as a one off), they will all ship at the same time as the subscription shipping. If you want some products earlier, we suggest placing separate orders.
We ship Internationally (excluding EU and NI, due to GPSR).
Do You Have a Change of Address?
Do You Have a Change of Address?
Any changes to your shipping address after your order has been placed MUST be emailed to at hello@wimperis.co.uk, regardless of whether you changed them on your account.
This is because a shipping label is created by Royal Mail at the time the order is placed, and will not be automatically updated by a change in address on your account.
We cannot send out a new kit or refund any orders sent to an incorrect address.

- the pattern printed on organic calico (no need to trace!)
- a very important blank piece of fabric to double up your fabric thickness
- 12 colours of DMC thread - more than enough to complete the pattern
- a packet with 2 different sized needles
- a 5" Elbesee hardwood embroidery hoop, made in the UK (just down the hill from my grandma!)

Subscription FAQs
When will my kit be sent?
The countdown timer on the page tells you when your kit will be sent. We aim for kits to be sent on the first Monday of every 3rd month (March, June, September and December)
For example, if you place an order for a subscription design during March, April or May, your kit will be sent from the first Monday in June.
Is the subscription box suitable for beginners?
Yes! Totally suitable for beginners and up. You get a full colour instructions booklet with diagrams and photographs that's really easy to follow. Lots of my subscribers were total first timers when they started. My kits have what I call "chunky patterns" which can look a bit intimidating, but are all very easy and you get a lot of stitching time for your money!
If you want to practice your stitches first you can do the Sampler Kit which is perfect for building your confidence.
Why is the subscription quarterly?
Kits are shipped quarterly, giving you plenty of time to complete each project and catch up with any others you have on the go too!
Do I need any special equipment or materials?
No, everything you need is included in the box!
What if I have a question about the kit?
Our exclusive Facebook group is always available for you to ask questions and get hints and tips from Niamh and other members! You should have had an email containing the link for this!
Are your kits made in the UK?
Yes! Our kits are designed by me, Niamh in Cheltenham. The hardwood hoops in the kits are from Elbesee, a family business based in Stroud and the needles are made in the UK too. The pattern is printed onto organic calico by a small business based in London. The kits are packed by Imogen and Alex in my home studio Cheltenham.
What if I want to skip a month?
You can pause your subscription at any time for a maximum of 2 kits. After that your subscription will be automatically cancelled, unless you haven't fulfilled the minimum subscription length of 4 kits - in which case you will be taken off pause until you've received 4 kits.

Do you ship overseas?
Yes we do, international shipping is added at checkout. Unfortunately, due to GPSR, we are currently unable to ship to any countries within the EU, including Northern Ireland.
