Subscription Terms & Conditions
The minimum term for an embroidery subscription is 4 successful payments.
You may not cancel your subscription before this has been met.
You may skip twice in any 12 month period.
Subscription payments are taken on the same date every 3 months. If you'd like to request a payment date change, please email hello@wimperis.co.uk.
Shipping Your Subscription
If you purchase anything else alongside your subscription (whether on subscription or as a one off), they will all ship at the same time as the subscription shipping. If you want some products earlier, we suggest placing separate orders.
We ship internationally. Due to GPSR, we are unable to ship to the EU, EEA countries, and including NI.
Do You Have a Change of Address?
Any changes to your shipping address after your order has been placed MUST be emailed to at hello@wimperis.co.uk, regardless of whether you changed them on your account.
This is because a shipping label is created by Royal Mail at the time the order is placed, and will not be automatically updated by a change of address in your account.
We are not liable for any orders sent to an incorrect address.

Subscription FAQs
When will my kit be sent?
We aim for kits to be sent on the first Monday of every 3rd month (March, June, September, and December).
For example, if you place an order for a subscription design during March, April or May, these orders will be sent beginning the first Monday in June.
Is the subscription box suitable for beginners?
Yes! Totally suitable for beginners and up. You get a full colour instructions booklet with diagrams and photographs that's really easy to follow. Lots of my subscribers were total first timers when they started. My kits have what I call "chunky patterns" which can look a bit intimidating, but are all very easy and you get a lot of stitching time for your money!
If you want to practice your stitches first you can do the Sampler Kit which is perfect for building your confidence.
Why is the subscription quarterly?
Kits are shipped quarterly, giving you plenty of time to complete each project and catch up with any others you have on the go too!
Do I need any special equipment or materials?
For the Fabric & Instructions subscription, you will need to provide your own needle and threads, hoop and hoop backing.
All of this (minus the thread) can be purchased from my Haberdashery.
What if I have a question about the kit?
Our exclusive Facebook group is always available for you to ask questions and get hints and tips from Niamh and other members! You should have had an email containing the link for this!
Are your products made in the UK?
Yes! Our embroidery patterns are designed by me, Niamh in Cheltenham.
The hardwood hoops in the kits are from Elbesee, a family business based in Stroud and the needles are made in the UK too.
The pattern is printed onto organic calico by a small business based in London.
The kits are packed by Imogen in Kent, and all other packaging comes from UK based companies.
The exception to this is the DMC embroidery thread included in my kits, which comes from France. I won't skip on thread quality.
What if I want to skip a month?
You may skip your subscription at any time for a maximum of 2 times in any 12 month period. This is controlled by our subscription platform. You may only cancel your subscription after the minimum subscription term of 4 payments has been met.
You can skip your next subscription kit under the "Subscription" tab on your account.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes we do! International shipping is added at checkout.
Unfortunately, due to GPSR, we are currently unable to ship to any countries within the EU or European Economic Area, which includes Northern Ireland.
