Refund policy
Orders
We cannot be held responsible for errors on the user end - incorrect addresses or failure to accept the delivery. We do not refund orders sent to incorrect addresses.
If the item is returned to me from the incorrect address then I am happy to send it back out to the correct address, but you will be asked to pay for the shipping again.
If the item is not returned from the incorrect address then you will need to repurchase the item.
I cannot replace the item for free.
Subscriptions
You can pause your subscription at any time for a maximum of 2 kits. After that your subscription will be automatically cancelled, unless you haven't fulfilled the minimum subscription length of 4 kits - in which case you will be taken off pause until you've received 4 kits.
Subscription payments are taken on the same date every 3 months.
The £39.99 option is for a one off kit box, and you will not receive the monthly subscription box.
Any changes to the shipping address after your order has been placed MUST be emailed to me at hello@wimperis.co.uk, regardless of whether you changed them on your account.
This is because a shipping label is created by Royal Mail at the time the order is placed. The label can only be manually edited by me, updating the address in your account won't effect an already created shipping label.
We cannot send out a new kit or refund any orders sent to an incorrect address.

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Customised pieces are exempt from refunds.
Items Lost In The Mail
I use Royal Mail first class to send items, but very rarely items can go missing. If you're concerned please email me. Items can take up to a month to arrive (particularly UK to USA) so please be patient.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at niamh@wimperis.co.uk.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
