Shipping Your Preorder

If you purchase anything else alongside your preorder kit, they will all ship at the same time as the preorder. If you want some products earlier, we suggest placing separate orders.

We ship Internationally (excluding EU and NI, due to GPSR).

Do You Have a Change of Address?

Any changes to your shipping address after your order has been placed MUST be emailed to at hello@wimperis.co.uk, regardless of whether you changed them on your account.

This is because a shipping label is created by Royal Mail at the time the order is placed, and will not be automatically updated by a change in address on your account.

We cannot send out a new kit or refund any orders sent to an incorrect address.
