This kit is absolutely suitable for beginners!

  • 1 x 5" Elbesee hardwood embroidery hoop

  • 2 x John James needles 

  • 7 x 8m skeins of DMC thread (enough to embroider the pattern several times over, or use the excess on your own projects!) 

  • 1 x printed design on black organic calico - no tracing required!

  • 1 x blank 100% cotton - used to double up the thickness of the fabric

Such a beautiful kit

I bought this kit to sew for my daughters wedding, she's having a celestial theme, I messaged Niamh to ask if there would be enough fabric around the design to incorporate the bride and groom names and date of the wedding. She replied very quickly, the fabric was big enough but would need a bigger hoop, I placed the order and received the kit within 2 days with the bigger hoop and game changer included. I started straight away and am really enjoying stitch the kit (including the bazillion French knots). I am seriously considering joining the subscription as the quality of this kit is first class, the only thing stopping me is the back log of unstarted stuff under my bed:upside_down: I would highly recommend both for quality of the product and the fantastic customer service :star:️:star:️:star:️:star:️:star:️

The kit was amazing to make, and stayed interesting with all the different stitches. I'd never made one before but mine still turned out super cute! However I did notice that the pictured design and the one printed on my fabric didn't line up 100% due to some stitches missing. The packaging also said it would include a needle threaded which was missing. Despite that the kit was still really fun to do and I am for sure buying here again!

I’m so sorry it was advertised as having a threader-we made the choice to remove the threaders due to the ecological impact. I totally forgot to update the listing so that’s my fault. I’d rectify that now
Which stitches were missing? The fabric you received was exactly the same as the pattern I stitched with so I’d love to look into that more. Thank you so much.
