If you subscribe on a kit month your first kit will arrive on the next kit month; eg, subscribe during April and your first kit will arrive in June.

Important subscription information - please read!

There is a minimum subscription length of 3 kits.

You can pause your subscription at any time for a maximum of 2 kits. After that your subscription will be automatically cancelled, unless you haven't fulfilled the mimimum subscription length of 3 kits - in which case you will be taken off pause until you've recieved 3 kits.

Subscription payments are taken on the same date every 2 months.

The £39.99 option is for a one off kit box, and you will not receive the monthly subscription box.

Any changes to the shipping address after your order has been placed MUST be emailed to me at niamh@wimperis.co.uk, regardless of whether you changed them on your account.

This is because a shipping label is created by Royal Mail at the time the order is placed. The label can only be manually edited by me, updating the address in your account won't effect an already created shipping label.

We cannot send out a new kit or refund any orders sent to an incorrect address.

Learn embroidery with Wimperis Embroidery

Are you looking for something meaningful and creative to do with your time? If you have been wanting to learn the beautiful art of embroidery, but are unsure where to start, then this bi monthly letterbox gift Embroidery Kit is perfect for you.

My embroidery is very influenced by my love of houseplants and flowers, and the embroidery kit subscription box has a botanical theme running throughout.

In each box you'll receive:
  • the pattern printed on organic calico (no need to trace!)
  • a very important blank piece of fabric to double up your fabric thickness
  • 6 FULL skeins of DMC thread, more than enough to complete the pattern several times, or use it to stitch your own designs!
  • an organza bag to keep your project in, so you can take it out and about!
  • A packet with 2 different sized needles
  • An Elbesee hardwood embroidery hoop, made in the UK (just down the hill from my grandma!)
  • our revolutionary Gamechanger to back, finish and hang your hoop
  • Full colour instructions
  • Plus access to the exclusive #WEStitchKit Facebook group, where you can ask questions, show off your finished piece and get tips!

This kit is designed with all skill levels in mind, and is totally suitable for beginners, just look at the reviews!

FAQs

When will my kit be sent?

The countdown timer on the page tells you when your kit will be sent. Kits are sent during the first week of every second month (February, April, June, August, October and December).

For example, if you order a kit during April or May, your kit will be sent during the first week in June.

Is the subscription box suitable for beginners?

Yes! Totally suitable for beginners and up. You get a full colour instructions booklet with diagrams and photographs that's really easy to follow. Lots of my subscribers were total first timers when they started. My kits have what I call "chunky patterns" which can look a bit intimidating, but are all very easy and you get a lot of stitching time for your money!

If you want to practice your stitches first you can do the Sampler Kit which is perfect for building your confidence.

Why is the subscription bi-monthly?

Kits are shipped bi-monthly (every second month) which allows you plenty of time to complete each project.

Do I need any special equipment or materials?

No, everything you need is included in the box!

What if I have a question about the kit?

Our exclusive facebook group is always available for you to ask questions and get hints and tips from Niamh

Are your kits made in the UK?

Yes! Our kits are designed by me, Niamh. The hardwood hoops in the kits are from Elbesee, a family business based in Stroud and the needles are made in the UK too. The pattern is printed onto organic calico by a small business based in London. The kits are packed by Imogen and Alex in London.

What if I want to skip a month?

You can pause your subscription at any time for a maximum of 2 kits. After that your subscription will be automatically cancelled, unless you haven't fulfilled the mimimum subscription length of 3 kits - in which case you will be taken off pause until you've recieved 3 kits.

You can pause under the "manage my subscription" tab on your account https://wimperis.co.uk/account/login

Do you ship overseas?

Yes we do, international shipping is added at checkout. For a single kit it's only £6.50 shipping.
